Prior to that Mr. Murgo held various roles at Process Software Corporation, or Process Software, including President and Chief Executive Officer [in 2000] and, prior to that, Vice-President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer from March 1995 to May 2000. Prior to that Mr. Murgo was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of HPSC Inc., a publicly traded company from 1989 to 1994. Before joining Process Software, he was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1983 to 1989. Mr. Murgo received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College in 1982. Earlier in his career, Mr. Harnish held positions at Heroix, Inc., RAScom, Banyan Systems, and Victor Technologies. Mr. Harnish served in the U.S. Air force and was honorably discharged in 1979. |  | Ed BenackEd Benack has served as our Chief Information Officer and Chief Customer Officer since January 2008. Prior to joining us, Ed was Senior Vice President of the Customer Experience and Service for Monster Worldwide for three years. From 1998-2005, he served as Microsoft Corporation's General Manager of Customer Service for North American and Asia where he delivered award-winning service. From 1996-1998, he held senior roles within Microsoft's Information Technology Group (Engineering, Planning & Business Operations). From 1988-1996, Ed was a Staff Director for NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon), where he managed the design & implementation of voice, data, & video networks. He also held roles in their Information Services, Quality Measurements, and Technical Training groups. 1985-1988, Ed was an Army Officer stationed in Germany. His experiences included serving as a German Liaison Officer and leading an anti-tank platoon. In addition, Mr. Beloussov founded Sunrise Electronics, one of the first computer manufacturing businesses in Russia, Rolsen Electronics, a consumer electronics and computer parts distribution business, and Solomon Software SEA, an exclusive franchising distributor of Solomon Software in Southeast Asia. Mr. Beloussov holds a B.S. in Physics and a M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). |  | John M. GoldsmithJohn M. Goldsmith has served as our Director since September 2007. John Goldsmith is an investor in early-stage and growth companies and is on the board of directors of each of Gerson Lehrman Group and Lux Research. Through the end of 1999 he was a partner of AEA Investors Inc., which he joined in 1989. Mr. Goldsmith is a certified public accountant of inactive status. He received a M.B.A. in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business in 1989 and received his A.B. from Princeton University in 1985. |  | Ravi JacobRavi Jacob is vice president and treasurer of Intel Corporation. He was named treasurer in April 2005. In this role he manages Intel's cash and investments, capital markets activity, currency and other financial risks, credit and collections, retirement assets and risk and insurance. Prior to his appointment as treasurer, Ravi was Vice President, Finance and Asst. Treasurer, M&A. For seven years he led a worldwide team of approximately 50 treasury professionals responsible for structuring and executing Intel Capital's acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investment transactions. Ravi has held several management positions within Intel's treasury organization. From 1994-1998 he worked as assistant treasurer, Europe. In prior roles he managed the company's retirement investments portfolio and overseas cash management activities. Ravi joined Intel in 1984.
