Walter Scott

Walter Scott has served as our Director since June 2007 and our Chief Executive Officer since September 2005. From May 2005 to September 2005, Mr. Scott worked as VP of Product Management for Quest Software following the acquisition of Imceda Software where Mr. Scott served as President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2004 to May 2005. From January 2000 to January 2004, Mr. Scott worked as Vice President of Sales for Embarcadero Technologies. Earlier in his career Mr. Scott was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army and held a variety of sales and marketing positions at BMC Software and Banyan Systems. Mr. Scott received a B.A. in 1990 and a M.B.A. in 1990 from the University of Maine.

John P. Murgo

John P. Murgo has served as our Secretary since June 2007 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2006. Prior to joining us, from December 2003 to April 2006, Mr. Murgo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OpenService, Inc. From February 2001 to April 2003, Mr. Murgo worked as Chief Financial Officer of Dirig Software. Prior to that Mr. Murgo held various roles at Process Software Corporation, or Process Software, including President and Chief Executive Officer [in 2000] and, prior to that, Vice-President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer from March 1995 to May 2000. Prior to that Mr. Murgo was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of HPSC Inc., a publicly traded company from 1989 to 1994. Before joining Process Software, he was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1983 to 1989. Mr. Murgo received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College in 1982. Mr. Murgo is a certified public accountant of inactive status.

Ellan Murphy

Ellan Murphy has served as our Vice President of Sales since September 2005. Prior to joining us, from May 2005 to August 2005, Ms. Murphy served as Director of Sales of Quest Software following the acquisition of Imceda Software where she served as Vice President of Sales from January 2004 to May 2005. From April 2000 to January 2004, Ms. Murphy worked as Director of Sales for Embarcadero Technologies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Murphy held sales positions at IBM, Oracle and BMC Software. Ms. Murphy received a B.A. in 1973 from Kent State University and an M.A. in 1979 from Rutgers University.

Ed Harnish

Ed Harnish has served as our Vice President of Marketing since September 2005. Prior to joining us, from May 2005 to August 2005, Mr. Harnish served as Director of Marketing at Quest Software. From May 2004 to May 2005, Mr. Harnish served as Vice President of Marketing at Imceda Software. Mr. Harnish worked as Director of Marketing for Biscom, Inc., a document management company, from May 2002 to May 2004. From February 2000 to May of 2002 he held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Aptus Technologies, Inc., a fiber optic Manufacturer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Harnish held positions at Heroix, Inc., RAScom, Banyan Systems, and Victor Technologies. Mr. Harnish served in the U.S. Air force and was honorably discharged in 1979.

Ed Benack

Ed Benack has served as our Chief Information Officer and Chief Customer Officer since January 2008. Prior to joining us, Ed was Senior Vice President of the Customer Experience and Service for Monster Worldwide for three years. From 1998-2005, he served as Microsoft Corporation's General Manager of Customer Service for North American and Asia where he delivered award-winning service. From 1996-1998, he held senior roles within Microsoft's Information Technology Group (Engineering, Planning & Business Operations). From 1988-1996, Ed was a Staff Director for NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon), where he managed the design & implementation of voice, data, & video networks. He also held roles in their Information Services, Quality Measurements, and Technical Training groups. 1985-1988, Ed was an Army Officer stationed in Germany. His experiences included serving as a German Liaison Officer and leading an anti-tank platoon. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theoretical Mathematics & Political Science from Bucknell University (1985) and an MBA from Hofstra University (1995).

Serguei Beloussov

Serguei Beloussov is one of our founders and has served as our Director since our inception. Mr. Beloussov is an entrepreneur who has founded and managed a number of technology companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Beloussov currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SWsoft, a virtualization and server automation software company. In addition, Mr. Beloussov founded Sunrise Electronics, one of the first computer manufacturing businesses in Russia, Rolsen Electronics, a consumer electronics and computer parts distribution business, and Solomon Software SEA, an exclusive franchising distributor of Solomon Software in Southeast Asia. Mr. Beloussov holds a B.S. in Physics and a M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).

John M. Goldsmith

John M. Goldsmith has served as our Director since September 2007. John Goldsmith is an investor in early-stage and growth companies and is on the board of directors of each of Gerson Lehrman Group and Lux Research. Through the end of 1999 he was a partner of AEA Investors Inc., which he joined in 1989. Mr. Goldsmith is a certified public accountant of inactive status. He received a M.B.A. in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business in 1989 and received his A.B. from Princeton University in 1985.

Ravi Jacob

Ravi Jacob is vice president and treasurer of Intel Corporation. He was named treasurer in April 2005. In this role he manages Intel's cash and investments, capital markets activity, currency and other financial risks, credit and collections, retirement assets and risk and insurance. Prior to his appointment as treasurer, Ravi was Vice President, Finance and Asst. Treasurer, M&A. For seven years he led a worldwide team of approximately 50 treasury professionals responsible for structuring and executing Intel Capital's acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investment transactions. Ravi has held several management positions within Intel's treasury organization. From 1994-1998 he worked as assistant treasurer, Europe. In prior roles he managed the company's retirement investments portfolio and overseas cash management activities. Ravi joined Intel in 1984. He holds a master's degree in business administration from UCLA.

Scott Maxwell

Scott Maxwell has served as our Director since 2004. Mr. Maxwell is a Managing Partner and Director of OpenView Venture Partners. Prior to joining OpenView Venture Partners, Mr. Maxwell was a Managing Partner at Insight Venture Partners. Mr. Maxwell received a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, a Ph.D. from M.I.T. in Mechanical Engineering (Sigma Xi) and a M.B.A. from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Michael Triplett

Michael Triplett has served as our Director since 2004. Mr. Triplett serves as a Managing Director of Insight Venture Partners. Prior to joining Insight Venture Partners in 1998, Mr. Triplett was an investment professional at Summit Partners, where he focused on investments in infrastructure and enterprise application software companies. Mr. Triplett received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College in 1996.

Ilya Zubarev

Ilya Zubarev has served as our Director since June 2007. Mr. Zubarev is a founder of SWsoft, Rolsen and Infra Telesystems. Mr. Zubarev received his B.S. in Physics in 1993 and his M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1995.
